These Terms and Conditions govern and provide information on the use of 4G Business Internet postpaid Service (“the Service”) and constitute an agreement between You (Customer) and Safaricom when You use this Service.
Data packages for Enterprise Customers
These Terms and Conditions govern and provide information on the use of Mega Long Validity Data Packages (“the Package (s)”) and constitute an agreement between You (Enterprise Customer) and Safaricom when You use this Package(s).
Enterprise USSD Service Application

These Terms and Conditions govern and provide information on the use of Memorable Numbers (“the Service”) and constitute an agreement between You and Safaricom Ethiopia when using this Service
SHEGA GAMES
These Terms and Conditions govern and provide information on the use of Shega Games (“the Service”) and constitute an agreement between You (Customer) and Safaricom when You use this Service
Bonus on Recharge Through Merchant
These Terms and Conditions govern and provide information on the use of the Bonus on Recharge (“the Service”) and constitute an agreement between You (Customer) and Safaricom when You use this Service.
Paybill (Biller)
The Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to Service Provider's participation in Safaricom's M-PESA mobile payment system (hereinafter the Services) and supersedes all other agreements entered into between the Service Provider and Safaricom M-PESA in relation to the provision of the M-PESA Services (defined below).
Bulk Payment (B2C Disbursement)
The Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to Client's participation in Safaricom's M-PESA mobile payment system (hereinafter the Services) and supersedes all other agreements entered into between the Client and Safaricom M-PESA in relation to the provision of the M-PESA Services (defined below).

Being a licensed financial service provider, Safaricom M-PESA Mobile Financial Services PLC (Safaricom M-PESA) provides a digital mechanism to assist and facilitate the rotational saving group, under its M-PESA system.
