If you’re a fresh Ethiopian graduate who is passionate about technology, our Discover Graduate Programme is where you want to be. Through this exciting programme, 150 vibrant, ambitious, and inspiring fresh graduates will be enrolled each year, for three years.

Your journey as a Discover Graduate involves two years of cross-functional rotations across the business with opportunities to build international expertise, best practices and use cutting-edge technology.

We have onboarded 50 graduate trainees to create a talent pool of digital innovators and we are working in collaboration with regional universities to recruit 100 additional graduates this year.

To be part of this experience, a candidate needs to present a bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and have no more than one year's work experience.
